After growing up in a culture that didn’t encourage women to speak their truth, and going down a dark path that led to addiction and hitting rock bottom (a few times), Ruby Fremon knew she couldn’t continue living the way she was living. It wasn’t until she looked in the mirror and realized that those rock bottoms happened not because of other people, but because of decisions and choices that she was making. Following that moment, Ruby’s life took a turn and she dove deep into personal development.
